Chaxiubao will take off to Spain tonight for his annual gastronomic trip and won't be back until early October, which means this blog will also be off for about 2 weeks. He was so snowed under with the searchings and bookings of great places to eat and to drink during the past two weeks that he felt baffled at some point (only?) about which one is his full time job: between the one he get paid or the one he is paying others.
