5 stars for Joel Robuchon with his two restaurants? Am I correct? The guy is doing a killing. Even better than when he was behind the stoves...Given the quality of the food I ate at L'Atelier in NYC, I assume it must be well-deserved.

I do not know the level of the restaurant in Japan but I was rather surprised by the number of 5 stars restaurants...
Any comment from someone on this ?
