Sure, the update rate of this blog of late has been snail-paced to say the least. But that's not without a good reason.
A darn good reason to be exact, as you can see from this video. Introducing, Hong Kong's first homemade English-speaking HD food show on YouTube, produced by me and Nana of nanamoose. It's a labor of love we've been busy with for the past few months. Ultimately we hope this project can show you the best of Hong Kong, Chinese food and its culture, all without the schmo presenters who know zilch about them.
