Food: There isn’t much to talk about on the décor, in fact, there is none. Just a shabby daipaidong style noodle vendor inside a seedy temporary market densely packed with clusters of chairs and tables, plus an open kitchen piled with several baskets of beef ball. Be that as it may, this grungy stall, according to many locals, makes arguably the best beef ball noodles in Hong Kong. The beef ball is utterly fresh and unbeatably toothsome: a delighted work for the teeth. In case you want to try all their best in one outing, ask for noodles with beef balls and beef tripe. The chili sauce is equally famous here so remember to drizzle some into the noodles before serving. The only short fall you may come across while enjoying such delicacy may as well be the lack of air-conditioning.
